How we chose

We started from the pubs, hotels and restaurants in and around the borough that publish a Christmas Day 2026 menu with a price, and kept those with a Food Standards Agency hygiene rating of 3 or better on the FSA register. Prices, deposits and deadlines come from each venue’s own Christmas page or menu on 1 November 2026; they can change, and the busier sittings sell out, so check with the venue before you book.
