Harrow’s Santa’s grotto this year is in the Great Barn at Headstone Manor, where Father Christmas and Mrs Claus are telling stories on six days between Saturday 12 and Wednesday 23 December 2026. Tickets are on sale now at £15 a child, and each child’s ticket covers up to two adults. Pinner’s Heath Robinson Museum has a Santa’s elves trail on 20 December for a smaller price.

Storytelling with Santa, Headstone Manor
Headstone Manor and Museum, Pinner View, Harrow HA2 6PX, turns its Great Barn into a grotto for an interactive storytelling session with Santa and Mrs Claus. The museum lists (Headstone Manor, Storytelling with Santa):

- a family meet-and-greet with time for photos
- a Christmas gift for every child
- about 45 minutes per session, families welcome
- £15 per child, and each child’s ticket includes up to two adults

There are no sessions on Sunday 13 December or Christmas Eve. Harrow’s community schools break up on Friday 18 December, so the Monday to Wednesday dates fall in the first days of the holiday (Harrow school term dates).
Getting there: a free car park on Pinner View is 100 metres from the entrance, with disabled spaces. The H9 and H10 buses stop at Pinner View, a three-minute walk, and Harrow and Wealdstone, Headstone Lane and North Harrow stations are each about 15 minutes on foot (Headstone Manor, getting here).

Christmas Trail, Heath Robinson Museum, Pinner
The Heath Robinson Museum at 50 West End Lane, Pinner, HA5 1AE, runs a Christmas Trail on Sunday 20 December. Santa’s elves are hiding in the park; children follow a map, answer each elf’s question and bring the answers back to “Santa HQ” for a prize. Start any time between 11am and 2.30pm; it takes about 30 minutes and the prizes suit ages 3 to 10. £5 per child, and the accompanying adult goes free. Book online or at the museum, Thursday to Sunday, 11am to 4pm (Heath Robinson Museum, Christmas Trail 2026).
